Bear cubs of all natures love to play. They wrestle constantly. The mock fighting actually helps to prepare the young ones for the real thing later in life. These grizzly bear (Ursus arctos horribilis) cubs seemed to have an on/off switch just like our kittens and puppies. Mom generally seemed to ignore them but actually is paying close attention. Let them step out of line, or if one of them is threatened and you will instantly see how close! Mary Bay, Yellowstone
